I would be fired no questions asked, if I tried this.. This man is supposed to be be the vanguard of tax dollars.. This is not a power nap, and it is not funny.. This is just how serious our country is taken by these Jokers in the White House.
Throw the bums out!!! Clean house !! Then they can sleep all day long, on their own time!
